AWANA - During the school year

AWANA is a Scripture-based program for children 2 years prior to Kindergarten – 5th grade, held Wednesday nights during the school year. There are a variety of needs to fill, including listening to verses, teaching, and helping with games.

Deaconesses - Ongoing need
|
The mission of the Deaconesses is to glorify God and offer hope to all through serving the church family. They do this in tangible ways such as serving food at church picnics and funerals and preparing communion.

Discovery Land - ongoing need
|
Discovery Land: Bible is the Sunday morning Bible curriculum for K-5th grade, where we journey through the entire story of the Bible every 3 years. There are a variety of ways that you can be involved in serving in Discovery Land from being a lead teacher to helping with music.

Discovery land: Early Childhood - Ongoing need
|
Discovery Land: Early Childhood is the Sunday morning childcare for Birth – PreK, where children learn age appropriate Bible lessons in a fun, playful and safe environment. Hug a baby, chase a toddler, or sing with preschoolers! We have ongoing needs for teachers and childcare providers in the nursery (birth - 2 years old), Toddler Room (2-4 years old), and PreK Room (4 - PreK).

Meals of transition - ongoing need
|
Meals of Transition is a ministry to families in the church who could use a couple of meals to help them out during a time of change - moving, illness, surgery, having a new baby, or a death in the family. Individuals put meals together that can be dropped off at the home of the family or picked up at church.

Student Ministries - Ongoing need

Menomonie Alliance Student Ministries (ASM) offers an opportunity for students from grades 6-12 to connect, worship, and grow in their relationship with God and others. There are opportunities to grow through youth group, Sunday School, retreats, mission trips, and other events.

TRustees - ongoing need

The Trustees are a group of men nominated by the congregation to serve on a team that maintains the building of the church. Do you enjoy fixing things around the house and would like to use your gifts to serve in the church? If you would like to help the Trustees with ongoing or one-time projects, contact Tony Swanson ([email protected]).

Welcome ministry - Ongoing need
|
Romans 15:7 “Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.”
The Welcome Ministry Team exists to provide a safe and organized atmosphere where members, regular attendees, and guests of Menomonie Alliance Church will feel welcome and accepted within our fellowship. The Team consists of greeters, ushers, and those serving at the Welcome Center. Interested in serving? Contact the church office. |
Worship ministry - Ongoing need

Has God given you gifts to be able to sing or to play a musical instrument? What about an interest in running ProPresenter or a sound board? Would you like to help with the livestream?
